In all fairness the food was excellent, hot and well packaged. However we waited 2 hours for delivery. We telephoned them after 1 hour and enquired where our order was. They seemed confused and said they were very busy and it would be 20 more minutes as it was a very large order. I don’t consider 5 meals a large order ,anyway we had to call again and we were told it was on its way!! The time taken from ordering on the app to delivery was just over 2 hours!! Unacceptable really!. As I said the food was good.. not so the delivery!
